Bill Williams, R.N.
Bill Williams, R.N., the founder of
Sons to Dads, is a father of three and a grandfather.
He is a Registered Nurse who has dedicated his entire nursing career
to the care of newborns as a Neonatal Intensive Care nurse. Having
done this for over 15 years, Bill
has noticed that most of the instruction concerning the baby care is
geared towards the new mom, with little consideration given to the new
dad.
With the father’s
interest at heart, Sons to Dads was developed to help the dads
of today be better prepared for his new and wonderful role of a caregiver,
not only to the newborn, but to the new mom as well.
Many
years of experience and research have been incorporated into the lessons
to be passed on to new dads; giving them the appreciation of sharing the
new responsibilities and joys of parenting.
The goal
is to present the new dad with the tools needed to solve day-to-day
problems; providing instructions from the dad’s point of view; and, to
offer hands-on experience needed to give him the confidence of doing a
good job. |
